From Our Editors
The dictionary defines a portrait as an artistic depiction of a person, but that description doesn't fully encompass the portraiture of photographer Daniel Boeckelmann. He trains his lens on everything from a restaurant's new dish and bottles of spicy ketchup to the glistening kitchens of homes on the market. Of course, Daniel's portraits also make room for people, including families, high-school seniors, and young children. After snapping shots on location, he shares his photos with clients during presentations at their homes, after which they can choose which images to preserve with prints.
