The manager was apologetic for having horrible service and gave us a free cheesecake but I would not go back here again.
We enjoyed our visit and will be back.
Service was a bit slow. We only had an hour for lunch. It seemed to take a long time to get our food and check. Had we not been on a time schedule it was fine.
Very pleased with Joe's Chili Bowl. Service was great and view is terrific. Will definitely come back sooner rather than later.
The service is very slow and unorganized. It appears as if more wait staff and more cooks are needed. Every time I've been there I've witnessed someone getting food for free because it took too long to get it out to them. I also have witnessed the manager yelling at the wait staff on most occassions. That's very
upsetting. If the staff is doing something wrong more training is nees, not yelling. That shows poor leadership.
Great place with friendly staff and really good food. Whether you get something with Chili poured all over it or grilled or lightly breaded grouper with broccoli, it's all good.
Service could have been a bit better and friendlier.
I ordered the meatloaf as a lunch special and it was not very tasty, my guest had the fish sandwich combo and it was mediocre at best. The chili was good. I would come back again because i enjoyed the environment, but i would stick the the staples like the chili and the burgers.
Great food.......................good prices................large servings
Great very friendly and lovely service and managmenet. I will be back!
