I found the service to be great. I walked in with an eye glass prescription for a new set of glasses. I sat down immediately and the staff member found several frames for me to try on. There was no pressure to buy an expensive frame. I ordered my glasses and they arrived 1 week later!

The service was very good and the doctor was very professional. I feel that their prices for their glasses are very high.

Be prepared to spend more money than you're used to for the glasses. However, the staff is friendly, helpful, and timely. The new "eye's" were obviously better than others and, therefore, probably worth the additional cost. My ONLY negative is that you are NOT given ANY trial period to return/replace the glasses if you don't like them for some reason ... most noted other eyeglass merchants provide a 30 day period for exchanges.

Thorough exam and no high pressure to buy any particular frames. However, glasses are soooooo expensive. I needed bifocals which are pricier and just got a non-designer frame. Still spent $500. Get a copy of your prescription and just go to Costco.

Great optometrist! Helpful staff. Prices on frames were kinda steep, although they did have a selection of economically priced frames, it was rather small abd the choices certainly didn't appeal to me.
