Loved every bit of my experience at Bliss!! I was welcomed and well supported as a brand new student of Yoga... by both the staff as well as the other students. My instructor, Andrea, was very helpful, kind and encouraging. The studio is a very calming, clean and inviting space. I felt absolutely no judgement and was completely comfortable following the flow at my own pace. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience and I can't wait to go back for my second class! I was not compensated in any way for this review. This is my personal, unbiased opinion.

Bliss Yoga Studio's calming atmosphere and private yoga classes provide physical conditioning and relaxation at the same time, through a wide range of lessons that teach proper alignment and technique. Certified instructors lead calming Ashtanga classes for yogis of all experience levels, focusing on breathing rather than strength and flexibility. Hatha classes take a more energetic approach, combining breathing, Vinyasa flow techniques, and alignment principles for a more upbeat exercise. In addition to yoga, the staff hosts meditation workshops that teach newcomers how to access deep meditative states without mental distractions, such as wondering which flavor of potato chip tastes best in space.
