Serlin's in Saint Paul is a popular fast food restaurant that features an inviting menu. Whether you are stopping in for the terrific food, lightning-fast service, or both, you are sure to leave this restaurant with a smile on your face.
Defined by its outdoor seating, the restaurant is a fantastic option when the Twin Cities weather is cooperating. There's no specific recommended attire, so feel free to dress casually and comfortably. Also, in addition to its low prices, this won't exactly be the place to earn credit card points (it's cash-only). In fact, you should be able to enjoy a good meal for $11 or $12, and can probably get in and out for $8 if you try.
If you're in a hurry, you can call ahead and take advantage of the convenient take-out offerings.
A reputable option for breakfast in Payne-Phalen, Serlin's Cafe is definitely a good call.
