Think leader should also move from doing yoga to helping individual students.
great teachers and the environment makes you feel comfortable about your level of experience!
I completely love barefoot!
Very nice studio, good customer service. Have yet to meet the owner.
Now I know why people fall in love with yoga
The location is clean, the teacher very knowledgeable, and there are plenty of yoga supplies available. My only concern is that there's a bit of a vibe from some students that only "experienced" yoga students should attend, and that those who have difficulty with the poses may be in conflict with the synchronization of the others, and should maybe go elsewhere. This isn't really the studio's fault, but it is something to be aware of, that brand-new students, or those who may struggle with some of the poses, may not feel entirely welcome.
Very nice cozy environment to do Yoga. Instructor was great and very helpful on correct poses.
From Our Editors
From the moment students walk through Sacred Movement's french doors and into its expansive practice space, they find themselves immersed in serenity owed to soft lighting, gleaming hardwood floors, and the noncompetitive attitude fostered by owner Jenn Kasper . Along with her team of fellow certified yoga instructors, Jenn leads inclusive yoga classes suitable for all experience levels and grounded in the Vinyasa and hatha yoga traditions.
In addition to yoga, Sacred Movement also offers instruction in American Tribal Style belly dance. Offered in six-week sessions, the classes lead dancers through the belly-swaying basics, including lessons on posture, group maneuvers, and where to find office-appropriate crop tops.
