Although STLiPhoneRepair owner Brad Miller loves Apple products—he’s the proud parent of an iPhone, iPad, and MacBook—he became frustrated with Apple’s pricey repairs and penchant for recommending that customers simply buy replacements. Consequently, he learned to fix common issues himself, focusing on the third generation of iPhones and beyond.
Today, he and his staff have repaired more than 1,000 iPhones and more than 100 iPod Touches. Inside their St. Peters shop, they alleviate stressful tech troubles with screen, dock-connector, and rear-panel repairs and replacements performed exclusively with original-manufacturer parts. They often complete jobs the same day and also offer mail-in service for customers who don’t want to travel or are too nervous to sit through their cell phone’s surgery.
