Following the lead of a classic New York City deli, NY Cafe makes traditional and breakfast sandwiches piled with Boars’ Head meats to order and offers busy customers several pre-made grab-and-go options. The food itself is inspired by New York: think New York style pizza, cuban sandwiches with a pork loin marinated for 24 hours, hot pastrami on rye, cheesesteaks, and bagels and lox. But sandwiches aren't the shop's only specialty. Diners can also chow down on crisp slices of pizza and ample salads. These eats pair with fresh fruit smoothies and coffee drinks, such as the caramel latte or chai-tea latte, which are also referred to as “frapp’s” on the menu or by cool youth pastors.
