Make sure you drink plenty of water prior and after. And prepare yourself mentally. This camp isn't a walk in the park. You will get your money's worth. And the results will be great.

Great classes and instructors. Good selection of exercises to keep the class moving. I especially like that it suits many different types of people. This is definately one class that I may continue after.

I hated the first class, he lacked encouragement, positive feedback ... It was a miserable 50 minutes... not worth the money
