Most pizzerias would be content to let their pies do the talking, but Tour De Pizza founder and owner Matt McClellan doesn't stop there. The author of 30 Day Pizza Diet, McClellan is committed to the idea that pizza—with its ripe tomatoes and calcium-rich mozzarella—can be a healthy food when eaten in moderation and combined with exercise, even biking from Florida all the way to New York while eating nothing but pizza to provide the point. Of course Tour De Pizza doesn't let an emphasis on health detract from the tastiness of their menu. Pizzas can be topped with ingredients that range from ham and onions to mandarin oranges and pears, which customers can pair with a roster of salads, subs, starters, and desserts.
