the wait was long and I went on a lunch break.. definitely not for the corporate america quick lunch crowd. However, we took the food to go and it was absolutely delicious!!! would go there on a day when im not in a rush.. plus a great atmosphere inside the shop. Im not a vegan or even that healthy, but the food makes me want to be!

Never saw this place, hidden down back road. Very disappointing service, decent food and drink.

I have been going to dancing cranes for a few years now and stop by often. I recommend visiting it at some point in your life time. its very peaceful and the staff is wonderful. The cafe just adds to the unique charm and wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy a light meal or beverage.

Amazing REAL homemade food. This is just what we were wanting to find in Utah. This will be our new date night place. Thanks Groupon!

It was a great, quaint place. Only a few things on the menu with only one choice that wasn't vegetarian. But the food was great, fairly light but worth going...I will visit again. Perfect for me!

About this Business

Live trees grow inside Café Solstice, stretching their branches toward the sunlight that streams in through the high ceiling's skylights. The trees aren't the only things that are leafy and fresh, though; so is the spot's menu of vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Kitchen wizards fashion organic produce into dishes such as corn tacos with miso, sunflower seeds, and cheddar cheese beneath greens and cilantro dressing, or veggie burgers made from walnuts, mushrooms, and pumpkins seeds topped with tomato chutney and provolone. Visitors can also snack on fresh-baked goods that range from Kashi krispie bars to double-chocolate butterscotch cookies, and sip organic loose-leaf tea or drip coffee made with locally roasted beans.
