I was unaware that a facial did not include extractions which was not included in the price but available at an additional charge! !!

Less than a star! DO NOT GO. Awful service and using the extractor she broke capillaries on my nose. Their microdermabrasion was a joke.

Staff were nice. Place was okay. Groupon price is the most I would pay.

My friend and I we're laughing by the time we were finally able to make an appointment because we were beyond frustration. When we called it was hard to get a hold of them, once we did, they required our groupon voucher number to make an appointment, then they said they need to check the groupon number and then call you back to see if you can have your appointment, but once you do, you have to confirm their call within a certain amount of time or they'll cancel it. All I wanted to do was make an appt to go with a friend. Not possible because I needed her long voucher # too. It literally took both of us calling and calling back two or three times each to get it booked and my friend saying that , "no, she wouldn't let her call her back and wanted to have the appts confirmed." Made us both feel like the headache was not worth the money we saved on groupon. But, once we went, the ambiance is nice and both of our pedicure ladies were easy going and nice. A pleasurable experience if you can get past the booking!

The people there were nice, but they did not do a good job on my waxing at all. It was incredibly painful, much more than necessary, and even with two people (one being trained, and one "experienced") they still missed a lot of places. I don't mean that there were a few stray hairs, but patches that were completely missed. I pointed this out to them, and they did a little more waxing, but the patches were still there 80%. At that point, I just wanted to be done with this. It was nothing personal about the staff, they were friendly, but they did not have the skills to perform the wax correctly. I'm not the type of person to write excessive negative reviews, and this is the first negative review I've ever written. That should tell you how bad of an experience this was.

While my pedicure was average, I was not pleased with my experience at this salon. I spoke with the same person on two separate calls to set my appointment and was chastised for purchasing a Groupon. It took two weeks to find an available appointment and when I got there the salon was not the cleanest I've seen. I will not be going back.

Not the best. The staff was pretty friendly, but the pedicure was nothing special. The nail polish on three toes flaked off in a giant sheet after two days. I texted them to let them know and they said I could come back so they could fix it. While I appreciate them trying to fix the situation, I decided not to go back after reading many other reviews about it happening to other customers. Why go back if it's just going to keep happening? I painted my toes on my own over three weeks ago, and my toes still look great....hmmmm....

They were rude and short with me. The pedicure itself was the worst I've ever gotten. They nickeled and dimes me on everything until I paid over twice what I pay regularly for a pedicure. I'll never return...that's for sure.
