They did a great job of introducing me to the Crossfit lifestyle and I will be forever grateful for that. Unfortunately I believe they are no longer in business.

This groupon was a waste of money. You are required to make an appointment 24hrs before you can go work out which was not condusive to my schedule. Sometimes I know only 12 hours or so before I can work out and in those cases I was not aloud to show up to work out. The other negative aspect is that for the majority of the life of my groupon they only offered 5:45am or 9:00am and for the last week or so it was only the 5:45am time slot. Not cool! I wish I could get my money back.
