Chopped beef short ribs, potatoes with chihuahua cheese, and sirloin steak are just a few options. They also prepare al pastor the traditional way, marinating pork before roasting it on a spit. Sips of freshly squeezed fruit juices and bites of chocolate flan sweeten diners’ palates throughout the day, and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
