Hotel was clean and staff was nice. But with covid I feel breakfast could still be better than an apple and granola bar in a bag

Great exhibits. Outdoor area was closed but for the price it was worth it.

The outdoor exhibits were closed. There is an extra charge to buy tokens for animal food and extra charge for the inflatables. If you want to have any interaction with the animals you have to hunt down an employee to do so. I wouldn't waste my money there again.

There are some fun displays but it feels like they nickel and dime the experience and their point is to try to get more money out of the customers. Having an arcade right in the way of getting to the other experiences feels really cheap. The colors should be brighter and not so dark, more open to the beauty do nature rather than propaganda.

The aquarium isn’t so big. But my little one enjoyed interactions with fish and birds. We purchased 5 coins. But it would have been enough with 2-3 coins.
