Will not give this place a second thought. They were not open when they said they would be, they are located in a very small corner behind other stores, no signs telling you where they are located, poor customer service...I called ahead of time asking if someone would be there b/c I gad a Groupon that was expiring in a few days. When I got there, they were closed...and it was around lunch time when I arrived.

Tried twice to patronize your place & it was closed. The third time (around 1:30 pm) nothing was cooked & I was handed raw sausage in return for my groupons.

Answer you phone professionally if and when you do answer it. Hire people with customer service skills. Supply some seating. Display your menu somewhere. Conduct yourselves like a real business.

I will never go back. They totally had no food represented when I purchased the Groupon. The worker had no idea what to do. After a phone call he said we could only have "cold" uncooked food. The man was nice but the food and the restaurant was totally misrepresented. Very disappointed.

The sausage sandwich was good, but that was about it. Location is deceiving and it took an hour for our food to be delivered.

From Our Editors

Hailed by the San Antonio Express-News for “giving customers what they want,” Sausage Hauze’s owner Joaquinn Arch and his team of culinary wizards whip up savory dishes brimming with Texas barbecue. The restaurant specializes in sizzling up sausages from across the state, while the Come Here Baby sauce renders meals as tender and rich-tasting as a kiss from the Monopoly man. According to the San Antonio Express-News, the restaurant, once home to the historic Grandview Food Center, features an in-house meat smoker that envelops guests in aromatic clouds of wood smoke, much like a beaver's humidor.
