The staff and guest chefs at Cooking 4 Life share the healthy recipes they've developed through years of resisting America's fast food lifestyle. In specialty classes, chefs demonstrate techniques to help food to retain its nutritional value without sacrificing flavor, texture, or aerodynamic properties. These techniques can be practiced on the high-grade, stainless steel Saladmaster cookware used by the school, which will not radiate harmful chemicals into food. The culinary team helps to educate clients at home with its Dinner Show, at which they host a cooking demo in clients' kitchens for up to eight guests, showing them how to make heart-healthy food that retains its nutritional value without being flavorless or bland.
