Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We create a sense of community and an atmosphere that makes our clients feel at home. As you get to know your fellow riders and instructors, you won't want to miss a class.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
We do not believe in "No pain, no gain." We encourage our clients to give a level of effort that meets his or her individual needs and goals.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Classes are 60 minutes /[long/]. Beginning with 7–10 minutes of warm up, a 40-minute ride, and 7–10 minutes for cool down and stretching.
