Athletes exercise in private suites, working one-on-one with a personal trainer as they sweat through custom fitness programs. Each client-trainer bond begins with a preliminary consultation, during which they discuss the client’s fitness needs and goals. Next, the trainer creates a personalized regimen of cross-muscular resistance training or cardio, which can involve interval work or tempo exercise, rather than simply running from the person behind you on the treadmill. Alternatively, they can educate clients on nutrition basics, such as the key components of a healthy meal and portion control.
