It was a little difficult in the beginning trying to watch for the signs, traffic, people etc but once we got going it was a blast. I would suggest you keep track of your location on the map as well. We got off course once, pulled over and looked at the map, and were able to find our way back to the course easily. The suggested courses are set up to keep moving. We stopped for a few quick pics and to use the rest rooms and were able to get back in the two hours predicted. Would recommend this tour.

Kind of scary if you go during busy traffic times- but a fun way to see San Diego

I loved the vehicle, easy to use but throttle was difficult getting up hills. The problem with my "tour" in San Diego was that there were NUMEROUS detours for construction on the way, GPS system does not get you back on track and only talks to you if you are able to stay on the tour route, and that can't be done with many detours. The car was fun, but the GPS was minimal at best. Lots of people took pictures of us and the kids loved seeing us scooting around. Anyone attempting (at least) the San Diego tour, should call ahead to make sure there won't be any detours!!! I had to cut the tour route short by half after getting lost and then had to head back to the office so they wouldn't charge me for over-time. Maybe I could have completed the tour (WISH I had!) without all the street problems. Someone at the office should keep patrons advised about problems like mine!!!

Had lots of fun with my son, and smiled the whole time. We got lots of looks and smiles when people saw us!

Our car was great fun, but in need of some standard maintenance. The right mirror kept moving whenever we hit a bump, and the brake lock kept getting stuck on the steering block.

Even before you climb inside, the GoCar is clearly a car with a personality. The petite, three-wheeled two-seater has a hood that slightly resembles an eager-to-please smiley face, and an open top that seems custom-made for letting the breeze ruffle your hair. Then the real fun begins: built with the company's own software and a compassion for the voiceless robots of America, a talking GPS system guides two-seater GoCars through the city streets of San Francisco, San Diego, Miami, Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon with cheerful, info-rich narration. Second only to having a knowledgeable local jog alongside your minivan, tours zip along at drivers' own pace and accommodate as many pit stops as time allows.
