This is a great class super motivating and I always find myself getting push a little harder each time. I thought I would just do the 6 week groupon and be done with it I am now going on my 8 th month and loving it. Ed is great makes sure you have the proper form and your not hurting yourself. Since I have started I have lost 15 lbs and 3 pants sizes :)
