At Pokerito, it's all about creating a dish to visitors' personal tastes and preferences. That's why the staff slings up bowls of build-your-own bowls with choice of base, protein, sauce, and topping. Bases include white or brown rice or salad, proteins include ahi tuna, shrimp, and octopus, sauces include spicy mayo, house poke, and creamy goma ponzu, and toppings range from crab and spicy tuna to sweet onion and ginger. They don't just do poke bowls, however, as guests can enjoy the modern sushi burrito selections, which include the crabby crunch burrito with shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and spring mix, and the rainbow burrito with salmon, tuna, avocado, spring mix, and masago. They also serve traditional sushi rolls, like the California and Philadelphia rolls, and house rolls like the Hot Night roll, featuring spicy tuna over a crunch roll.
