ZFitness and Dance helms a range of fitness programs for women. Leading the charge are a team of upbeat instructors who draw from specialties and certifications in Zumba, Flirty Girl Fitness, and R.I.P.P.E.D., among other fitness styles. Every Monday through Saturday, the studio's sprawling open floor plan welcomes large classes where participants sweat through workouts designed to help them have fun while getting in shape. Zumba and Zumba Sentao lessons lead participants in calorie-burning dance routines set to energetic Latin music, while the Bokwa workout challenges them to draw letters and numbers with their feet until they've transcribed Shakespeare's entire oeuvre. Alternatively, instructors conduct high-intensity interval training during R.I.P.P.E.D. classes.
