At first I was scared that the instructor might be mean. Jeremy is personable but he ensures that you get the workout you signed up for. It was difficult and I felt like I was dying but after I felt absolutely fantastic and I feel that this is an effective way to lose weight!!

Make sure you read the instructions on the website. I thick mat is super important since you're on pavement, also bring towel and weights (6-10lbs). Great workout!
