Me and my girlfriend took our kids and had a great time. Hop on/off is the way to see the city and the audio tour was very informative.

If I could give it a zero I would! We never got picked up at our location via the “sunday” route. I paid over $100 bucks for nothing. The clerk at the office was not helpful with the instructions and was vague. We walked around and asked random people for help. Ended up paying for a Lyft back to our hotel. We were out side of the golden gate park as instructed and they did a NO SHOW.

Horrible. NO SHOW and walked around trying to get back to hotel with a 7 yr old. We made sure we were at the outside of golden gate park as instructed by the nonhelpful and vague clerk!

This is a great way to see the most important sights in SF. Good trip to take your first day, then go explore after that.

I've been in San Francisco many times, but never took the bus tour. It was great! See all the best sites and can jump off, then jump back on the next bus. Will do it again.

We had a great time, even though it was really cold on the top! They don’t allow seating in the lower deck because of Covid.

Due to COVID and other events, lots of business were boarded up, not a pleasant view. Buses do not pass every 15-20 minutes as i had read. They pass every 40-60 minutes. Because of sanitation and distancing on bus; boarding and unboarding bus was time consuming, taking time away from sightseeing .
