The 40-minute Full Body class builds on the core-toning potential of Pilates with cardio and strength-training workouts on individual Megaformer machines. Or you can take part in a Foundation class, a beginner-level workout that lays the groundwork for future activity through intense exercises set to music. Both methods converge in the Combo class, which blends lower-body cycling workouts with a core-focused Pilates routine.
