Since it's founding in 1983, the mission at Nizario's Pizza has been simple: "Great pizza, and nothing less." Thirty years after they first uttered that mantra, their menus remain refreshingly simple, offering just nine specialty pies, buffalo wings, and two kinds of salad. Customers can choose a specialty pizza such as the Greko with black olives, feta, and pesto, or the Tijuana with pepperoni, jalapenos, and pineapple. They can also build their own pie from nearly 20 high-quality toppings that include fresh vegetables, salami, and pepperoni, because not offering pepperoni has been outlawed since 1971.
