Great staff and the food was very yummy! Very accommodating and friendly.
server was a little slow but hey.
food was tasty.
My husband and I are huge Thai food lovers. It is official...Pak Nam is our favorite. Their pumpkin curry and Pad Thai was rich and delicious. Veggies crunchy and vibrant. We also ordered a pork dish and it tasted authentic. You can tell they used fresh spices and didn't skimp on quality. Definitely coming back. My best advice is, if you want mild spice, order it mild. We ordered medium and it was perfect because we do like spice, and it was definitely spicy! Yum!
very authentic Thai food, spicy and dishes are huge))) don't order too much))) very clean place, unbelievably nice and friendly staff, one of the best Groupon experience
awesome food, great service. 1 word to describe this place? BOMB
Excellent food, not dumbed down for American eaters, including some interesting options not commonly found on US Thai menus.
The Yellow Curry and the Pad Thai were delicious and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant is located on a block that has quite a few other notable establishments to compete with, but their foods stands solidly on its own merit. I will definitely return to try their other dishes.
Service was good. The food was pretty good. I had Pad Thai and my husband had Chicken fried rice. He said my BBQ pork would have been better. Iced Thai tea was refreshing.
From Our Editors
Pak Nam Thai Cuisine occupies an unassuming little storefront in the Tenderloin—but the food is so authentic that it doesn't need any bells and whistles to lure people in. Maybe that's why the eatery's motto is "Every dish is memorable." Here are just a few of the dishes you'll have a hard time forgetting:
- Pla muk naung ma-now: This popular dish artfully showcases a whole steamed squid seasoned with a simple combination of garlic, chilies, and spicy lemon sauce.
- Kao klook ka-pi: For a protein punch try this chef's specialty, a blend of sausage, sweet pork, and scrambled egg tossed with homemade shrimp paste and garlic.
- Kua kling: This southern Thailand stir-fry blends ground pork and bell peppers with a spicy yellow curry.
