One of the more popular restaurants in San Francisco, Hoa Hop features terrific pho. It's a favorite spot for customers that want a fair price and fabulous service.
There's no specific recommended attire, so feel free to dress casually and comfortably. Also, though the prices are considered to be lower than average, you aren't going to sacrifice any quality. In fact, you should be able to enjoy a good meal for $11 or $12, and can probably get in and out for $8 if you try.
When you get there, think about ordering the noodle soup, the basil, or the tea, as each one is fantastic. You'll be glad you did!
Specializing in both lunch and dinner, Hoa Hop is a solid choice when you're in the mood for Asian cuisine and want to get more adventurous than the boring ol' Chinese or Japanese fare. The food, in general, is "authentic" and "great." Specifically, the rice is proclaimed to be "decent." Also, its owner is known to be "friendly" and "nice," while the menu is "decent." Visitors to the restaurant have the ability to park nearby on the street.
