Under new management in 2014, Slider's Diner's chefs charbroil every burger to order on a revolving grill. Though every patty is the same, the finished sandwich is only limited by the customer's imagination. That's thanks to the restaurant's massive, retro-looking condiments bar, which brims with more than 20 toppings. Besides burgers, which are made fresh twice a day, the kitchen dishes up plenty of other diner-style classics. Ham adds depth to grilled cheese sandwiches, and house-specialty chili simmers until it's thick enough to hold up a fork. On the sweeter side of things, chefs whip up thick, old-fashioned milkshakes blended with Dreyer's ice cream.
