Wonderful Ballet! Loved the dancers and choreography. I was afraid there might be a problem because one of our tickets did not print out properly, but box office staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the space as well. The performance reignited my love of dance. We will be back!

the best choreography and dancers one could hope to see. I have been a fan of M.Smuin from the beginning and was an ardent supporter of his when he was Artistic Director of the S.F.Ballet. I look forward to every Season

The purchasing had problems. I spent over an hour trying to buy tickets and calling. And I ended up not getting my first choice of seats. I am recommending Smuin because the dance itself is amazing.

I've tried twice now to redeem my and two friends' Groupon vouchers. (We want to sit together, so must redeem the vouchers together.) The instructions said to redeem starting 11/25/11. I tried then, but the website said to return as there were technical difficulties. Fine. I went back to the website and just spent the last half hour on the worst ticket ordering website I have experienced -- and I still don't have our tickets. In fact, the Smuin software said that two of our three Groupon vouchers had been redeemed already. If that is the case, where are my tickets (I have a Smuin web account, and there is no history of my having purchased these tickets), and how come the seating chart still says that the seats I tried to get are still available?
