Sprig makes ordering delivery feel like eating an intimate meal from a private chef. Available for iPhone or Android, the app allow users to order fresh, healthy entrees to their doorstep in simple, speedy fashion. The rotating lunch and dinner menus feature dishes designed by former Google executive chef Nate Keller. To craft the entrees—which often include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options—Chef Nate and his staff use the freshest ingredients available. In fact, whenever possible, the chefs make sure to abide by the "150 list," meaning they source their organic ingredients within 150 miles of the user's location, thanks to Chef Nate's tight bonds with the local farmers and food producers that grow Google's giant-beanstalk antennas.
In three easy taps, Sprig users can browse the menu, select a dish for lunch or dinner, and pay to have it delivered using their stored billing information. As a plus, the delivery fee covers the entire tip so diners don't have to feel the usual obligation to hand the delivery person a freshly carved bust of their face when they arrive.
