The schedule of classes hosts 15 varieties across two locations, including the 75-minute Yin yoga classes, which benefit beginning students and savvy stretchers alike with longer-held poses that target the body’s connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and joints. The studio temperature increases during heated detox Hatha, where breathing exercises and twisting help detoxify the body.
