Before he founded Bobo Drinks, Dan Truong wowed crowds as a singer in his native Vietnam. His career on the stage took him across the globe, but he didn't let his travels go to waste. When he wasn't performing, the incorrigible sweet tooth would research the greatest desserts the world had to offer.
The fruits of his research now appear on the menu at Bobo Drinks. The decadent, exotic desserts make a tasty compliment to glasses of refreshing boba tea. Take the shaved ice for instance. Dan's shops use the traditional Taiwanese recipe, crafting sweet treats out of fruits, jellies, and ice creams paired with a generous dollop of brown sugar syrup. Chefs also whip up French crepes, and dishes of che straight from the Philippines.
