All of the handmade cheesecakes at Charlie's Cheesecake Works share the same core ingredients: premium-quality fruits, the finest chocolate, vanilla made in-house, and all-natural Californian cream cheese that infuses every rich and flavorful bite with a moist, silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture that goes down smooth. It's a recipe that first caught on in 2002, when Charlie's began sending all-natural cakes to restaurants, hotels, and coffee houses around the greater San Francisco Bay area. Today, the shop has even more distinct and seasonal flavors in its repertoire, including classic vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, cappuccino, raspberry, blueberry and the fan-favorite key lime. Perhaps just as popular as the 9-inch cakes are Charlie's one-ounce poppers—bite-size cheesecakes in seven assorted flavors that come in packs of 6, 12, 35, and 105, just like misprinted coins.
