Ron Capurso understands what it takes to transform athletes into champions. With 15 years of coaching high school varsity football, and four teaching speed and agility to the San Jose State baseball team, he has identified five areas that make an athlete great: flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, and power. To help improve athletes in all of these areas, he offers fitness training to students of all levels, which focuses on total-body strength and metabolic conditioning. He also offers more specialized classes in the form of quarterback training and speed and agility training, which might induce automobile engineers to study his clients.
