Committing to fitness 29 years ago with the birth of her daughter, Marie has since learned myriad ways to customize fitness routines to suit her goals and age. During that time, she received her certification in Hot Hula, a workout system centered around the dances of the Pacific Islands. The system incorporates simple dance moves coordinated to Polynesian drumbeats and reggae music. In each 60-minute class she leads, participants dance and achieve a complete workout as the routine targets cores and large muscle groups, sculpting definition in the abs, glutes, quads, and arms.
