Really friendly service. Did a quick efficient job. My carpets look 100% better. Will go back if I need to in the future.
They got there and i showed them the groupon voucher he looked at the amount and circled the $45 price then tried to talk me into paying an additional $$$ on top of the $45 Groupon i declined, he said they would do the steam cleaning attached the voucher to his clipboard and he went to go hook up the hoses to do the steam clean. A few minutes later he then came back saying that he talked to the owner and that the owner said it would be a waste of money because the steam wasnt going to clean the carpet correctly, I told them that i wasnt going to pay more and i would just cancel the groupon. He left i went online to cancel the voucher only to find they had already redeemed the voucher.
The fine print: If you really wanna stains off, you have to pay more!
They told me steam cleaning alone wouldn't get my carpets clean (carpets weren't that dirty) & I needed deep cleaning. It cost more than double & all they did different was spray a chemical on first. Feel scammed, should have read yelp reviews first
My carpet had some stains and I had bought a Groupon deal for steam cleaning. But the person who came to clean checked out the carpet and suggested to do deep cleaning to remove those stains. It worked well, although I had to shell out more money.
Nice crew, great valve. Had pet stains and they removed them!!
Paid 45$ for nothing. reached 45 min late and no soap and shampoo.. They need 200$ more for just applying shampoo.. They cleaned with just water. I should have bought new vaccum cleaner with this amount. Nothing cleaned..
Great service..Appreciate the price.. Will buy again :)
This company is scamming clients via Groupon: they use the voucher to get in the door and immediately start up charging for everything: the place is too big, every tiny stain requires extra shampoo and extra charge and here is the worst part, after they get you to pay extra - they depart leaving you staring in disbelieve at the same stains and dirt!!! I've paid extra 50$ for removing a couple of stains, they took my money and did NOTHING at all! Buyer beware!
I wasn't impressed by their service. My carpets were not clean after they left. I expect carpets to be clean. He told me that if I really want them clean that I need to pay several hundred dollars more. He said he had something to put under my couch legs that he didn't leave. Not too thrilled w/ this company. Worse carpet cleaning I've ever received. I can see paying an extra $50 or so for the 3 more soiled areas, but not hundreds of dollars more.

Like any new business or gold brick collection, Hydrasteam was once small—yet grew into a mature company since its inception in 2005. The carpet cleaning service began as a single-technician operation to rid area homes of grime in as detailed a manner as possible.
