We were the only customers. We told them we were going to sit outside. After a very long wait , a guy popped out and said "your order is ready." cook said "it's been ready for about 5 minutes. I called your number 3 times." We were OUTSIDE

Groupon included milk shake, but machine broken. Fries did not have all the topping as listed on the menu

hot dog was ok bun was not any better the works fries needs to have real cheese and better chili the milk shake machine was broken we would of rather had a costco hot dog

Try the different seasonings on the fries instead of just salt. Expand your horizons. Pauly's has quiet a variety of dogs. So far we've tried a different kind every time we've been there.

Most hot dog joints offer the same standard toppings: ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles, and maybe a few others. Pauly's Famous Franks N Fries is not like most hot dog joints. The gourmet shop serves more than 65 signature hot dogs, drawing culinary inspiration from across the globe and topping their all-beef dogs with the freshest ingredients.

Pauly's menu is divided into three categories of hot dogs: New School, Globe Trotter, and State Side. Their buns are delivered straight from the oven of a neighborhood baker and are promptly filled with Angus beef sausages in natural casings. From there, patrons can let their taste buds journey in the interplay of the Cuban’s garlic mojo, pineapple, and onions or the Greek's tzatziki, kalamata olives, tomatoes, and sliced onion. Others opt for the steamed familiarity of the classic Chicago dog, dragged through the garden and adorned with racy sport peppers. Chefs apply the same inventiveness to spice up their house-cut Kennebec French fries, topping baskets with chili cheese and bacon, buffalo sauce, or a magnetic force field to block random grabs by jealous passerby.
