The instructors at Yoga Belly see traditional yoga practices more as guidelines than set-in-stone rules. This mindset gives them the advantage of fusing several types of yoga, with the goal of giving their clients the most effective workout possible. While upbeat tunes permeate the studio, instructors walk students through poses that build core strength in Yoga Belly classes, and choreography that burns calories in Boogie Belly sessions. Though most of its classes are heated, the studio offers nonheated sessions during lunch hour.
