Don’t waste your time. It is almost impossible to get a hold of these guys, after calling multiple times for a couple days & sending numerous text messages they replied a week later asking what city i live in & then went back to not answering again. After 2 weeks we got a refund & instead purchased a groupon for PACIFIC RIM CLEANING, check them out they were great!
Scheduling was quick and easy. Got a text on the morning of to say they can show up earlier than scheduled; Juan was very pleasant and professional; did a great job cleaning carpet.
They arrived 30 minutes later than the time they quoted but the ladies were cheerful and worked quickly.
It took quite a few phone calls to finally get someone to answer the phone and schedule me. They gave me a two hour window when they would arrive and then they were nearly 40 minutes late. The two ladies were very sweet and did a good job, but it was an average cleaning.
Scheduling was a nightmare. They kept showing up at unscheduled times when I wasn't home and didn't even show up for the scheduled time. Finally, got them rescheduled and they showed up over an hour early. Cleaning was mediocre. I wouldn't hire them them again. Waste of money.
Don't use them no matter how cheap they are ... Purchased four man hours of work ...they cleaned the bathrooms and the floors, but didn't vaccum the rugs or dust ... they don't respond to calls and have terrible customer service ... I do not recommend this company at all ...
