It was a little difficult to set up appt. There was no call back when I left a message. They did a good job, however I would have liked them to move some of the furniture. (Coffee table) and clean instead of going around it.

It took a while to finally get them to come. The first time they were in an accident on the way to my house and no one notified me that they would not be there. When I called they said they would reschedule. They never called back so I called them and made another appointment. They did a great job. I just wanted them to clean all the bathrooms. I didn't know if they could finish all four, but they did and they looked great!

This offer was a little confusing. I paid for 3 hours of "cleaning services." When they showed up, he said it was for a 5 room carpet cleaning with a standard (not steam) cleaner. I would have given them 0 stars, but the man that cleaned was actually very pleasant. I don't want to penalize him for a poorly written offer. Anyway, be sure you know what you are getting when you buy this.

The 2 ladies left 20 minutes early, so I feel like I paid for an additional 40 minutes of cleaning that they didn’t do. They also patches of water on the floor and a puddle of cleaner from their mop. I asked them to clean the floors and they failed to even sweep the tile floor outside of a bathroom they cleaned. Overall, they were friendly and worked quickly, but they should’ve finished the job.
