I love the job Brittanie did with the highlights. However I was disappointed with my haircut. It did not look like the picture that I brought in. I also was frustrated that Brittanie merely glanced at the photo instead of studied what the haircut looked like. I think Brittanie could improve by studying the picture and then discussing with the client what they like about the haircut and what things they want to avoid.
