I went to redeem my expired Groupon for the amount I had paid for it. The cashier told me they didn't accept Groupon anymore, and appeared to not care at all that this might inconvenience me. I had to explain to her that I was allowed to use the Groupon got the amount I had paid for it. She got the manager involved, who called someone and they finally agreed to let me use the Groupon. I will not be going back because of how I was treated...not to mention that I like Panda Express' orange chicken better and it's significantly cheaper.
