Did not care for the location (Perimeter Mall area) I went to that was the Groupon Deal. Went around 1:30 to pick up a sandwich. Staff was 'frumpy', one of the staff did nothing but complain about being ready to get off their shift. Didn't bother to assist others that were tending to those in line. Inside the restaurant it felt 'dirty'. Then I received notification from Groupon the restaurant was under new management and was not accepting the Groupons any longer. I had used 1 of 3 by then. Groupon promptly refunded the unused Groupons. Way to go Groupon!
Did not get a chance to use it when I went there to eat they told me that the manager did not want to accept anymore Groupon. If they didn't want to have a Groupon they should have cancelled the add!
Mixed bag. The cashier was very nice initially but once we were reading the menu because this establishment was new to us, she became impatient. Everyone else was kind, attentive, and willing to please the customer. When the cashier brought my order, the sandwich was missing the potato chips and pickle which according to the menus is standard. I went and asked another employee for my chips but still received no pickle. Lastly the sandwich was undersized for the price, nothing special as far as taste is concerned. My daughter's oatmeal which she requested to have without cranberries, had no toppings because that's the way the cashier entered it; there was supposed to be brown sugar and walnuts on it but alas the cashier once again decided to deny us the what was part of the standard item. As I ate and observed this location, it was not busy as we arrived at an off hour, the cashier checked her phone more than she spent tidying the back counter, and there were some tables in the dining area that needed to be wiped down cleanly. Seriously don't intend on returning to this company and to top it off, there were huge flies buzzing around especially near the counter area.
