What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for being able to use my own creativity to bring out the beauty in everyone that walks through the door. I wanted a serene environment where customers could come to relax knowing they will receive high end styling and products and leave a memorable experience to boast about to friends.
What do you love most about your job?
The transformation of before and after. Using my creative part of my mind. Trying new styles. Maintaining healthy hair. Smiles and praises when I'm done.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I knew when I got a 100.00 tip they were pleased.
