Established in 2010 Seminole CrossFit believes in a healthy lifestyle. Through coaching, they help clients incorporate a regular fitness routine into their lives, along with good nutrition and good exercise. As a fitness regimen, CrossFit might be better described in terms of what it isn't. It isn't aimed at a specific type of fitness; it isn't limited to exceptionally in-shape people; and it isn't boring and repetitive. It also isn't easy. What the program is is an ever-changing lineup of workouts—called the Workout of the Day—performed at a very high intensity to build a broad base of fitness. Exercise routines might draw from gymnastic routines, Olympic powerlifting, or plyometrics to keep things interesting, and a group setting ensures that every exerciser has the support to finish that last rep. The results are increases in strength, endurance, speed, and stamina, all of which help participants stay healthy and confidently jump right into any arm-wrestling or gold-plated chess challenge they come across.
