Came 4 niece 2nd birthday & decided 2 use vouchers from 2015. We couldn’t use them last time for some reason! Now we bought more groupon tickets & were told we could not use them. We purchased tix last night as Must b 24hrs prior!! Girl was rude part of my party went in at 12. Bday girl got let in at 12:19 because they told bday dad they needed moms email. Bday mom got tix with no email. RUDE

Good deal but I felt like it was a catch since I had to pay out of pocket since I went on a Friday night. Other than that. Kids love it and it was not too packed.

The place itself is alright. I just dislike that they force you to buy their socks, there's nothing special about their socks except the non-slip grip on the bottom, which a lot of people already own. Not worth coming here in my opinion.

We were lucky to go on a weekday during the summer while most kids were back in school so it was empty! There is so much for the kids to do and the staff was so nice and helpful. Clean equipment & bathrooms. An amazing sitting area for the kids and parents with TVs that are set so you can see the jumping areas that your kids are at.
