A lack of rhythm caused Laura's dream of being a professional dancer to fall by the wayside by the third grade. However, she was able to rekindle her childhood passion after discovering barre workouts. Practicing wasn't enough for Laura though, so she decided to become an instructor and open her own studio in 2014. Laura honed her skills by training at Barre Body in Australia, earned certification in group fitness with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and gained recognition by the National Academy of Sport Medicine as a certified teacher trainer for her barre instructor training program. And with her team of instructors, the staff have over 1,500 combined training hours. With six different classes, sessions include mat pilates, barre classic, as well as barre strength, which tones muscles, to barre releve, which incorporates ballet. Barre socks are also available for purchase.
