About this Business
The sun reflects off the chassis of a crimson Cobra as its engine lets out a declarative roar. Suddenly, gears shift and the driver makes their way onto the track. At Racing Adventures, thrilling moments are a normal occurrence as instructors show visitors how to handle vintage racecars and exotic sports vehicles from the inside of the cockpit. In two models of American muscle cars, a Porsche 911, or a Carrera, guests taste the adrenaline rush of high-performance driving during full-day racing adventures, laps around racetracks, or excursions on skill-testing roads in Arizona and Colorado.
Racing Adventures’ team also educates thrill-seekers in more aggressive styles of driving in its school. After outfitting students with suits and helmets, instructors demonstrate the basic principles and advanced techniques of racing before letting students practice on a real racetrack. Students can take the wheel of a Cobra, Corvette, or Porsche during three levels of driving experiences, and graduates of the program earn a certificate of achievement.

We got there 30 minutes before our scheduled time per the website. There was no one there to acknowledge or check you in, you had to wait around and listen for the instructor to call out your time. We didn't start registration until about an hour after the scheduled time and the track was not the same as they presented online. Our package included an action photo and t-shirt. The photo is taken after the laps are completed and there is no mention of the t-shirt. We had to ask when we could expect to get the photo and shirt, we were told they send them out on a Tuesday. It seems very unorganized and unprofessional. For what you pay, you would expect a better experience.
This was the first experience we have had in a very long time. Racing adventures does not care about the safety of their own employees let alone the safety of the consumer. They stress highly or actually state that you must be on time for your drive, or you forfeit everything. However it was fine for them to run hours behind. Again there is a reason you cannot find reviews on this place.
didnt feel like it was the best "bang for your buck" seemed like they charged a lot for not much driving time. I kind of felt like they were nickel and dimming us. It would have been a lot more fun and worth it if we would have had more than 3 laps.
